RISK MANAGEMENT
We carry backup and at temperature freezers and refrigerators on board of our trucks. Uninterrupted power supply is provided by the onboard generator and is backed by the backup generators. BioRelo has developed and implemented a proper risk management plan to ensure each step of the product delivery process is covered for any unforeseen changes to the existing methods. Product delivery risk analysis is conducted and a backup, redundant plan is established prior to each pickup. When requested in advance, spare, on-standby vehicles, can be made available.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL
BioRelo’s QCQA unit performs annual GMP training and is responsible for the employees’ compliance with the internal Quality Policy Manual. This provides a system which promptly detects non-conformances and offers timely and effective control and corrective actions. This Quality System establishes an effective means of assuring the quality of all BioRelo services. BioRelo’s QA and QC systems involve the accurate descriptions of tasks performed (e.g. via SOPs) and, when required, involve verification by more than one driver/technician or by a supervisor.

DEVIATION REPORTS
Temperature and relative humidity (RH) deviations during transport are covered under our quality control management processes. Written procedures describe the product handling and delivery requirements. Any temperature excursions will initiate the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process and an investigation will be performed by our quality assurance personnel. Appropriate corrective actions will be taken to prevent repeat of such nonconformities. Any deviations from established parameters for any duration during the transport of the product, such as route changes, vehicle related accident, and exposure to adverse environmental conditions will be promptly addressed. All records are retained for a minimum of five years.
